National Account Director; Music Division.
WHO YOU ARE:
We’re looking for a highly experienced National Account Director to lead sales, media planning, and buying within our Music division. This is a high-impact role for someone with unstoppable drive; a true hustler who thrives in the fast, unpredictable rhythm of a start-up and has an innate knack for developing new business at a high level. You’ll collaborate directly with artists, labels, promoters, and music brands to deliver campaigns that drive real impact and cultural relevance across the globe.
Responsibilities:
Lead direct sales efforts to music labels, artist management, and promoters.
Plan and execute outdoor media campaigns (billboards, street posters, branded takeovers) with precision and creativity.
Collaborate closely with label creative/content team to align media strategy with cultural storytelling.
Build and maintain relationships with clients, media owners, and partners.
Track, measure, and optimize campaign performance; report results to clients and leadership.
Be a proactive, high-energy driver of growth within a small, dynamic team.
Qualifications:
7+ years experience in media sales, planning, or buying; *outdoor media experience a plus.
Deep understanding of the music industry and/or music-adjacent lifestyle brands.
Strong network and relationship-building skills.
Nimble, adaptable, and thrives in a startup environment.
Self-starter with go-getter energy and a track record of exceeding sales goals.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
